Advent and Christmas are a time of storytelling. The story of Jesus’ birth, the stories of other Christmases, and the stories of our traditions, family, and people we love. In this Advent edition of School of Christian Living, December 4–18—one topic, just three Wednesdays—we’re going to learn some skills of storytelling and practice telling our stories: the stories that connect us to God, the stories that connect us to one another, and the stories that remind us of who we are. Senior Pastor Kathi McShane will facilitate. Come for three sessions, or even just for one. The weekly gathering will start with dinner at 6:00pm ($10/adults, $5/children), followed by classes for all ages at 7:00pm. Please register so that appropriate dinner quantities and class seating can be prepared.
