United Methodist Women

United Methodist Women is an organization dedicated to fulfilling the spiritual fellowship and service-oriented needs of Christian women. This is accomplished through many different groups in the organization. An executive committee composed of chairpersons from each group meets monthly to coordinate activities. Programs are offered quarterly at a general meeting for all groups. Several fund-raising events are held each year to support local and global ministries of the church: Rummage Sale, Harvest Craft Faire, and Sale-Abration.

We carry on connectional programs from local to district, conference, and national groups. We heartily support and work for national and world missions as well as community programs.

A person need not be a member of The United Methodist Church to be a part of this organization. We welcome you and urge you to visit any and all groups that might fit your interests and needs. Free child care is provided as needed. For more information, contact Patricia Parfett, director of Congregational Care.
