This month the Children’s Center Preschool is hosting a parenting education event, Anxiety and Fear in Young Children, with Suzy Heltzel, LCSW. All are invited on Thursday, January 23, 9:00–10:30am in the Live Oak Room to hear Suzy speak on how to talk with children about anxiety, what to do and not do when children are anxious, ways to play to help children overcome fears, and strategies parents can teach their children to reduce anxiety.
