Make music and dance with award-winning children’s musician Charity Kahn of Charity and the JAMBand. We’ll end the evening with a soothing mindfulness practice. For kids ages 3-10. Childcare is available for babies & toddlers.

Candlelight Yoga and Mindfulness by Cristina McHugh
(Youth Center)
This all-level class welcomes adults of all ages, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. The goal of the class is to help you wind down from the day and get ready for a restful sleep – physically and mentally. The practice will include grounding movements, gentle stretching, breathing awareness and mindfulness exercises. Modifications are offered and props will be available.
