All are invited to a vigil cosponsored by LAUMC on the anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy. The vigil will be held on Saturday, December 14, 4:00–5:30pm, at Lytton Plaza in Palo Alto. The program will focus on hearing from survivors how gun violence has impacted their lives and on joining a diverse set of faith communities in rituals to honor victims.
By remembering the victims and the impact gun violence has in our communities, we bring attention to the crisis and our commitment to end gun violence. This will be an inclusive, healing gathering where people leave with a sense of hope for the future and renewed dedication to continue the work to #EndGunViolence. RSVPs are optional at bit.ly/paloaltovigil.
