January is human trafficking prevention month. LAUMC is collaborating with eight human trafficking organizations to view Mischa Marcus’s award-winning film I Am Still Here on Sunday, January 27, at 7:00pm in Creekside. A serious and jarring story about human trafficking in America, the film is designed to raise awareness regarding this tragedy. There will also be a Q&A with writer/director Mischa Marcus and the producer. High school attendees should be accompanied by an adult. Contact Judith Hamilton for details.
